With demonstrable experience in environmental assessments, certifications, and sustainability frameworks, the successful candidate will work closely with clients and design teams to deliver exceptional results. The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 based on location and industry standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead the delivery of environmental certification processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement tailored sustainability strategies, incorporating LEED, Ska, WELL, and BREEAM certifications.
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions to communicate sustainability requirements and best practices to project teams.
  • Analyze and assess material life cycle impacts, conducting embodied carbon assessments and circularity evaluations.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to review project details, develop targets, and enhance sustainable outcomes.
  • Promote the integration of sustainability principles throughout the design process, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in environmental assessments, sustainability frameworks, and certifications (LEED, Ska, WELL, BREEAM).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in material life cycle analysis and embodied carbon assessments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and other design software.
  • A keen interest in environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and economic development.
