Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our team of highly respected lawyers.

In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our team across the entire deal lifecycle, from initial client interaction and deal origination to due diligence, complex deal structuring, negotiation, and successful closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze complex corporate and transactional matters.
  • Draft and revise legal documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and financing documents.
  • Participate in all aspects of due diligence, including reviewing contracts, conducting legal and regulatory research, and identifying potential risks.
  • Assist with negotiations with clients, counterparties, and other legal professionals.
  • Manage client relationships, anticipate their needs, and provide exceptional client service.
  • Stay abreast of current legal developments in the corporate and private equity space.
