The Global Trading Credit Lead at ExxonMobil plays a critical role in managing credit risk across our global trading operations. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Trading Credit Lead to join our Global Trading Credit team. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating counterparty creditworthiness, including financial institutions, commodity traders, and other market participants.
  • Assessing risk appetite and providing expert advice on credit risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on credit risk management initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or commodities trading industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
