About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the closing of the month-end billing and production of key accounting reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Close month-end billing and produce key accounting reports
- Assist in running reports for senior management
- Assist in raising purchase orders
- Assist in weekly and monthly billing procedures
Requirements
- A proactive approach to work
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy of output
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to plan, prioritize, and manage workloads
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
