Barbering Instructor

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK-wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.

For this role, we are seeking an experienced Barbering Trainer to deliver high-quality training to learners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and motivating individuals to achieve their goals.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering NCFE Barbering Levels 2 and 3 to groups of learners, preparing and delivering lesson plans that address the training needs of the group, including basic literacy, numeracy, employability, and barriers to employment.

In addition to delivering engaging training sessions, the trainer will provide ongoing IAG (Information, Advice, and Guidance) to learners, assisting them in identifying the skills required to progress towards their career aspirations.

We are looking for someone with excellent presentation and communication skills, who can demonstrate confidence, tenacity, and the ability to work on their own initiative.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our centre, with a competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
