About the Role:

Crowd Creative is seeking a driven and influential Senior Account Manager to join their team in London. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing a small sales team, supporting their performance, and developing account management strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets.

This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with the line manager to develop plans to optimize growth and new business, set up progress meetings, and attend networking events to integrate with industry-relevant individuals.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the industry, a drive to hit the ground running, an agile and energetic personality, and ambition to grow an account to achieve high numbers and reap outstanding rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the creative and knowledgeable team to develop strategies to improve client service
  • Work closely with the line manager to set up progress meetings and attend networking events
  • Develop plans to optimize growth and new business
