Manufacturing Engineer Apprentice

Join MBDA UK Ltd as a Manufacturing Engineer Apprentice and embark on a rewarding career in engineering and manufacturing. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with a range of teams to influence designs and be responsible for the 'how' we build our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost of manufacture of our products
  • Industrial validations of our production lines and suppliers
  • Day-to-day support of our operators building our products
  • Architecture of the production lines
  • Developing new manufacturing processes
What You'll Gain:
  • A fully funded BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Bolton
  • Rotational placements in different manufacturing engineering teams
  • Opportunities to travel to other MBDA sites and countries
  • Development of new skills and knowledge in manufacturing engineering
Requirements:
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths, English Language, and Science/Technology at a Grade 9-4
  • 120 UCAS points achieved through a T-Level in an Engineering subject or a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma including a Distinction in Further Maths
