We are looking for an experienced nurse with a passion for leadership and patient care. As a Matron - Haematology Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing our nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Based in London, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest medical technology and be part of our Cancer Centre of Excellence.

You will provide strategic nursing leadership and direction for all nursing staff across the services managed. This will involve prioritising people, preserving safety, and promoting professionalism and trust in effectively managing wards and departments. You will also be responsible for managing resources within budget and capturing patient revenues.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare insurance, a private pension contribution, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
