As a key member of our team, you will lead the structural design on larger projects, working collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution.

You will be responsible for managing project teams with up to 10 people, providing technical advice to team members, supporting their delivery, and their professional development. You will also manage the performance of team members and sub-contractors, identifying and ensuring the resolution of any issues.

Requirements

  • A BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Structural Engineering or similar
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng)
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Prior experience working in a consultancy environment
  • Heavy Civils / Reinforced Concrete structures experience is desirable
  • Ability to support and lead junior engineers
  • Existing BPSS clearance or the ability to pass BPSS security clearance is essential
