The Role

Embark on a new career path as a Stylist & Colour Technician at TONI & GUY. Working Pattern

– Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience
• Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates
• Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge
• Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI & GUY brand
• Embody the Super brand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation
• Take advantage of comprehensive Academy training opportunities, enriching your skills and advancing your career with TONI & GUY

We're looking for someone who can:

• Showcase their expertise in a wide range of hairdressing techniques, precise cuts, and styling
• Bring artistic flair to life by understanding clients' preferences and transforming their hair into amazing styles, having an eye for detail, a knack for aesthetics, and the ability to think creatively
• Provide top-notch customer service and build long-lasting relationships, being a true people person with the ability to adapt communication styles to connect and build rapport with all individuals and personalities
• Juggle a busy schedule like a pro, handling different client demands with ease and being flexible to embrace changing trends, styles, and client requests while still nailing it on time
