OMU Coordinator

Serco is a leading provider of public services, and we are currently seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Case Administrator at HMP Dovegate. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the Offender Management Unit (OMU) team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to the OMU team, including generating and safe handling of all documentation relating to offenders residing in and new arrivals at HMP Dovegate. You will also assist with the administration of prisoner records, including producing licences for offenders post-release.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the OMU team, including generating and safe handling of all documentation
• Assisting with the administration of prisoner records, including producing licences for offenders post-release
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including court releases and sentence planning meetings

Requirements:

• Excellent administration skills and experience of working in a busy office environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• High-level skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
• GCSE passes in English and Mathematics
