About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Kidderminster. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, as needed
  • Support with medication administration, if required
  • Help with preparing and cooking meals
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments
  • Support with social activities and independent skills
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean living environment
  • Keep accurate records and update care plans as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
