Are you a registered physiotherapist looking for a new challenge in a hybrid role? Medacs Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Assessor and Report Writer to join our team in Bradford. As a Clinical Assessor, you will use your clinical knowledge and expertise to assess and discuss the impact of patients' conditions on their daily lives. You will conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments, and create detailed reports to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Reporting: Conduct thorough assessments and create detailed reports to support patient care.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Time Management and Organisation: Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • IT System Navigation: Proficiently use IT systems to access patient information and complete reports.

Requirements:

  • Current HCPC Registration: Hold current and unrestricted registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Post-Registration Experience: A minimum of 1-year post-registration experience in the UK, preferably in the NHS or private healthcare providers.
  • Qualifications: Registered Physiotherapist or NMC Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) Registered Nurse (RN, RMN, RNLD) and HCPC Registered Paramedics, and Occupational Therapists.
