Private Client Tax Director Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is proud to present a fantastic career opportunity for a Private Client Tax Director or Partner to join a highly reputable and well-established top 10 firm of chartered accountants based in Kent.

About the Role

This is a unique chance to join a leading accountancy practice in an autonomous and exciting career, with the opportunity to work in multiple locations across Kent. As a Private Client Tax Director or Partner, you will be responsible for delivering personal tax and advisory services to a wide-ranging client base, including directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, wealthy individuals, and private clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the provision of advisory services across a wide spectrum of personal tax issues, including IHT, CGT, trusts, and estates.
  • Lead and influence your team, driving the development of the private client tax services in this leading Top 10 firm.
  • Develop client relationships, maintain, and bring in new business to bolster the firm's private client offering.
  • Play a lead role in the growth and development of the Kent offices' private client offering.
Requirements
  • ATT and CTA ACA ACCA or STEP qualified.
  • Previous experience operating at a senior level within Private Client Tax.
  • Proven experience in client handling, with the ability to provide a high level of client relationship.
  • Proven tax experience in producing high-quality work on complex UK private client matters within budget.
  • Tax experience from a practice background would be a distinct advantage, preferably within a top 100/large independent firm.
