About the Role

A dynamic and experienced Dialysis Nurse is sought to take on the challenge of leading a well-established Dialysis Clinic in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality care and quality outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the clinic's operations, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  2. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
  3. Prepare the clinic for audits and implement continuous improvement activities.
  4. Effective financial management, including budget planning and cost control.
Requirements
  1. NMC registration with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  2. Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  3. At least 5 years of UK experience in Haemodialysis, including 2 years as a senior level.
  4. Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners.
  5. Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
  6. Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
