Care Sector Training Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Sector Training Professional to join our team at Hr Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (Nrs). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering training into care homes, with a competitive salary of up to £40,000 based on a £35,000 basic salary and £5,000 car allowance.

Job Summary:

  • Delivering high-quality training programs to care home staff, covering Slough, South Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire.
  • Facilitating a flexible and planned program of workshops and coaching for first-class learning and development to internal stakeholders and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of care home staff.
  • Conducting Training Needs Analysis and stakeholder management to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Managing e-learning and online training systems to support staff development.
  • Built robust working relationships with other teams across the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Education and/or Training.
  • Experience in communicating at a senior level and working in a highly compliant organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering training directly to delegates and managing a team of trainers.

Benefits:

  • £35,000 basic salary, £5,000 car allowance, contributory pension, and healthcare scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
