Clerical Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Clerical Support Professional to join our team at Kingsmead School in Staffordshire. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Attendance Intervention Officer to provide administrative support, manage student attendance, and administer First Aid.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to p.m. Term time only, including 6 INSET days.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Attendance Intervention Officer
- Manage student attendance and maintain accurate records
- Administer First Aid, with full training provided
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £21,527 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
