Night Porter

Job Overview

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our team at Exclusive Hotels and Venues. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team members during the night period.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance luxury standards at all times
• Run and balance the Night Audit process
• Operate the Night bar and Room Service
• Conduct emergency evacuations and procedures as per standards
• Answer guest queries and questions
• Secure the property and guests
• Answer switchboard calls
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness standards within the hotel
• Report maintenance faults
• Demonstrate attention to detail

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Previous experience in a similar operation
• Excellent customer service techniques
• Responsible and detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Ability to work alone
• Great personality, genuine, approachable, and attentive
• Excellent spoken English
• Computer skills
• Positive attitude
