Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Assistant to provide administrative support to our engineers and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling engineer callouts, processing completed jobs for invoicing, and liaising with the stock manager to maintain accurate stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule engineers for client callouts and regular services.
- Ensure completed jobs are processed for invoicing.
- Liaise with the stock manager regarding stock levels and upcoming requirements.
- Escalate any issues to your manager.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with BigChange Software, client-facing experience, and strong organisational skills. You should also be able to work as part of a small team and communicate effectively with all members of the team. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, based on experience. As well as a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and generous holiday allowance.
