CNC Miller Programmer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Miller Programmer to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a CNC Miller Programmer, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision engineered components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming CNC milling machines using Hypermill software
  • Operating CNC milling machinery, fixtures, and fittings in a highly compliant environment
  • Using manual measuring equipment and reading manufacturing drawings
  • Operating Mazak 5 Axis milling machinery

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualification from City and Guilds or similar
  • Experience in setting, operating, and programming CNC milling machines
  • Knowledge of FANUC/Mazatrol control language
  • Lean Manufacturing principles
  • CMM inspection and measuring skills
