Role Overview

We are seeking an Aspiring Educational Psychologist to join our team in Kempston. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and decide if a career in the SEN and Mental Health sectors is right for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with intermediate learning needs, focusing on Autism and individualized learning plans.
  • Small classes (6-8 students) with tailored approaches based on ability.
  • Assist in the development of key personal and functional skills for SEN students.

Requirements

  • An Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields) and/or relevant SEN experience.
  • A keen interest in Autism, Mental Health, and SEN.
  • Understanding or interest in learning and behavioural needs (SEMH elements).
