Job Description

The successful candidate will work with our Transportation department on the TRUe project, ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with Company Policy, Procedures, and Statutory Provisions.
  • Lead incident investigations, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the SHES Management to develop and implement SHES campaigns and improvement plans.
  • Review SHES plans to ensure they address risk management and mitigation effectively.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of rail or civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Proven experience working on complex rail/civil projects.
  • Familiarity with Network Rail Standards (desired).

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience.
