**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our rapidly expanding company in Hexham. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of the production department
* Work with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met and address any problems that arise
* Organize rotas of all employees within the production department
* Ensure all employees are trained to an excellent standard
* Optimize production area to increase maximum daily output
**Requirements**
* Experience in a production management role ideally within a manufacturing environment
* Outstanding problem-solving ability
* Expectational leadership skills
* Previous experience with health & safety regulations
