Practice Manager - Leadership Role

At CVS Group Plc, we are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to lead our veterinary practices. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

The successful candidate will work in partnership with our Practice Management team to deliver an outstanding and professional service to our clients and their patients. Key responsibilities will include financial management, debt control, client complaints, people management, and premises management.

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful individual with a clean driving licence, who can demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills, as well as effective team management on a daily basis. Previous veterinary experience is not essential, but strong leadership and planning skills are required.
