Manufacturing Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Manufacturing Operations: As a pivotal member of our UK-wide Operations team, you will drive the delivery of our products and oversee key functions within the organisation.
Strategic Influence: With a strong focus on Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence, you will influence and shape the core function of the business.
Team Leadership: You will lead a large deployed team and contribute to the growth and development of the organisation.
Security Clearance: As a condition of employment, you will be required to undergo Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) to ensure compliance with HMG guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience: You will require significant experience in Operations leadership, with a proven track record of driving Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence.
Passion for Improvement: A passion for driving change and improving processes will be essential in this role.
Leadership Style: A collaborative and inclusive leadership style will be required to drive engagement and motivation within the team.
