Technical Services Manager - Air Conditioning

Our client, a renowned UK property and construction group, is seeking a skilled Technical Services Manager to lead their air conditioning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with building regulations, CDM Regulations, and Health and Safety standards.
  2. Coordinate project teams throughout the planning and development process, monitoring progress to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  3. Manage the technical and design aspects of projects from site investigation to practical completion.
  4. Provide technical advice on project feasibility, constraints, and budgeting.
  5. Develop, monitor, and update budgets for development fees and utility costs.
  6. Execute technical duties at all project stages.
  7. Offer post-completion technical support as needed.
