Job Title: Construction Expert

We are seeking a skilled Construction Expert to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited in Letchworth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and estimation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A key responsibility of this role is analyzing project costs and ensuring timely project completion. This involves managing budgets, developing cost plans, and conducting site inspections.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £62,500 - £72,500 per annum, inclusive of package benefits.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm
