NHS Professionals is a leading provider of flexible staffing solutions to the NHS. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our community nursing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of community settings, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
About the Role- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring patient conditions, and arranging diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and address any barriers to patient care, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years.
- A car and valid UK driving license are essential for this role.
- Registration with the NMC and compliance with current nursing practices.
- A competitive salary of £33,200 - £40,100 per annum (dependent on experience).
