We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Duty Maintenance Expert to join our team at the Royal Mail Group. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience working on commercial vehicles and HGVs. The role involves performing inspections, diagnoses, maintenance, and repairs on various types of vehicles.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle diagnostics, LOLER regulations, and MOT inspection standards. They will be responsible for utilizing their toolkit and provided specialist tooling to perform tasks efficiently.
This position offers a competitive salary range of £58,000 - £78,000 per annum, including a weekend supplement of £50 per Saturday and £100 per Sunday. Additionally, there is a welcome bonus of £1,500 and annual training and development opportunities available.
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess an IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle maintenance & repair or equivalent qualification. Proven experience working on various vehicles, along with a full manual driving license (LGV preferred with trailer experience), is also essential.
