Head of International Relations

Protocol National Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our international engagement strategy, driving global partnerships, student recruitment, and internationalization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive international strategy that aligns with the university's overall vision and goals.
- International Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, research institutions, governments, and industry partners worldwide.
- Student Recruitment and Mobility: Oversee the international student recruitment strategy, working closely with marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- Global Engagement and Outreach: Lead initiatives to internationalize the curriculum, promoting intercultural competencies among students and staff.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements, visa regulations, and institutional policies related to international activities.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing international team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in international education, global partnerships, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
