Job Title: R&D DevOps Engineer

KEF, a leading manufacturer of high-end loudspeakers and hi-fi systems, is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join its research and development team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our development processes, from continuous integration to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient DevOps processes to streamline our development workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain our continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  • Ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in DevOps engineering, with a focus on containerization, backend technologies, and Linux management.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python 3 and experience with object-oriented programming.
  • Excellent command line skills and experience with Bash, batch, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Previous experience in DevOps, either in a professional environment or open-source projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Awareness of object-oriented design principles and experience with C++, Java, or Matlab.
  • Personal interest in using computers creatively, such as music or video production.
  • Experience with audio devices and systems or digital signal processing.
  • Knowledge of Python SciPy and NumPy libraries, Matlab, or Octave.
  • Android or iPhone development experience.
