About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Bar. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service, that our team members are well-trained and motivated, and that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of the Bar, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Ensure that all team members are well-trained and equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and expenses to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service, team leadership, and operational management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of success in customer service, team leadership, and operational management.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, guests, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality-driven results.
