As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to adults with epilepsy, learning disabilities, and/or physical disabilities. Your role will involve supporting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and stability, and administering medication as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily activities, including personal care and medication administration
  • Ensure clients feel safe and stable within their day-to-day care
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical and business leadership teams to develop and implement care plans
