Practice Manager Opportunity at THE CROWD

THE CROWD, a renowned architecture practice, is seeking a seasoned Practice Manager to lead their dynamic team in NW London. This 9-12 month maternity cover contract offers a chance to take ownership of the role and drive success within a creative and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR operations, promoting staff wellbeing and a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance reviews and ensure salary benchmarks align with industry standards.
  • Handle financial tasks, including cash flow management, billing, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Track budgets and profitability, delivering monthly financial updates to directors.
  • Collaborate with accountants for year-end processes and other ad hoc requirements.
  • Provide guidance to the studio team and manage daily office activities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' management experience within a creative environment.
  • Solid expertise in financial oversight, HR processes, and operational management.
  • Proficient in CMAP and Xero is advantageous.
  • Eager to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities to enhance office operations.
