Nanofabrication Process Engineer Job Description

Oxford Quantum Circuits is looking for an experienced Nanofabrication Process Engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will work on developing and optimizing fabrication processes for superconducting quantum devices.

The role involves collaborating with other engineers, technicians, and material scientists to develop solutions that benefit device performance and quality. You will also be responsible for ensuring documentation, implementation, and maintenance of cleanroom standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional experience working in nanofabrication
  • Strong experience in EBL, as well as other techniques such as dry/wet etching, deposition, SEM, and ellipsometry
  • Strong wafer-scale fabrication process experience
  • Extensive experience in chemical handling and wet processing
  • Competence in forming good experimental design and data collection
