About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Engagement Manager to join our Client Engagement Team at QBE Management Services (UK) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in establishing, communicating, and delivering strategic action plans for target clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and retention.
- Lead cross-functional teams in new business pitches, stewardship, account planning, and client feedback meetings.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to align QBE's value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of messaging and engagement with stakeholders at broker partners.
- Support the development and embedding of a client engagement methodology across QBE European Operations.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in client engagement and relationship management. You will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic plans to meet client needs.
