The Job:

  • Working as part of a team of 4, packing large and heavy items with precision and care.
  • Reading from assembly sheets to ensure accurate and efficient packing procedures.
  • Utilizing tape guns to secure packaging and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Palletizing and correctly labeling items for delivery, adhering to industry standards.

About You:

  • Able to consistently lift and bend heavy items in a physically demanding role, requiring stamina and endurance.
  • A friendly and approachable personality with a can-do attitude, essential for effective teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read assembly instructions and count accurately, ensuring attention to detail.
  • Previous packing experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Working Conditions:

Monday to Thursday: 7:15 am to 4:00 pm

Friday: 7:15 am to 1:00 pm

Competitive hourly rate: £11.44 (first 12 weeks), £11.70 per hour thereafter.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

Safety boots are required for this role, with all other PPE provided by the company.
