About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Real World Evidence department as a Real World Evidence Expert Solutions Specialist. This role will be responsible for designing and executing global real-world evidence (RWE) projects to inform strategic internal decision-making and support external decision-making by key stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide input to drive the Global RWE strategy and tactical plan based on requests from the strategy lead responsible for the respective patient population.
* Lead RWE study design, planning, and execution, including protocol development and analysis specification following best methodological standards.
* Collaborate with RWE contractors and external vendors on RWE projects.
* Provide RWE analysts with clarifications concerning protocol implementation.
* Drive interpretation of analysis in collaboration with the RWE strategy lead and internal stakeholders, and communicate analysis interpretation internally and externally.
* Offer strategic input to internal stakeholders based on RWE activities and robust epidemiological and medical understanding of the patient population in focus.
* Support the RWE Strategy Lead to ensure alignment of RWE tactics with the overall program strategy and clinical development plan.

Requirements

* Masters or Ph.D. in a relevant study area.
* Experience successfully conceptualizing and delivering RWE projects using primary or secondary data.
* Epidemiology or outcome research with additional depth and breadth of experience.
