Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is £42,000 - £50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This part-time opportunity requires you to work as a freelance trainer, designing and delivering Level 3, Level 4, and Level 6 Career Development standalone qualifications to individuals employed across Shaw Trust Group and other employers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a varied program of delivery in line with qualification specifications;
  • Providing integrated coaching and assessment services on work-related programs;
  • Sourcing learner starts and collaborating with employers to secure future pipelines;
  • Ensuring timely achievement of learner goals and qualifications in accordance with Awarding Body standards and Shaw Trust's Scheme of Work.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum L6 qualification in Career Guidance, Learning & Development, or equivalent;
  • Demonstrable experience in working to targets and achieving desired outcomes;
  • An understanding of Shaw Trust's client group and the barriers they may face;
  • Effective relationship management skills, including building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders.
