Client Services Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator to join our client in Bristol. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with the possibility of extension.
The hourly rate for this role is £13.22.
The working hours are 9am-5pm.
Main responsibilities:
- To handle customer complaints and concerns effectively and professionally.
- To manage incoming phone calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- To maintain accurate records by servicing, filing, and organizing the mailbox effectively.
- To provide high-quality responses to email queries and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- To analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance quality of service.
- To collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals.
Key qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software is required.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Based on industry standards and the location, the estimated salary for this position is around £26,400 per annum.
