We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator to join our client in Bristol. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with the possibility of extension.

The hourly rate for this role is £13.22.

The working hours are 9am-5pm.

Main responsibilities:

  • To handle customer complaints and concerns effectively and professionally.
  • To manage incoming phone calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • To maintain accurate records by servicing, filing, and organizing the mailbox effectively.
  • To provide high-quality responses to email queries and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • To analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance quality of service.
  • To collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals.

Key qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software is required.
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Based on industry standards and the location, the estimated salary for this position is around £26,400 per annum.
