We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Recruitment Team as a Senior Recruitment Assistant. This role will provide a professional operational service in the recruitment and selection of all new staff, offering advice and support on recruitment and selection processes and procedures. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise their workload. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, utilising technology and administrative systems to provide outstanding customer service.

Main Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for providing a professional operational service in the recruitment and selection of all new staff, including responding to and resolving queries from clients. They will also carry out administrative duties in line with laid down processes and procedures associated with Recruitment and Selection and/or administration of contracts processes and procedures. The successful applicant will have experience using HR technology such as Trac, NHS Jobs, and ESR, and will be able to provide a general first-line advice on terms and conditions of service.
