Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Procurement Specialist in our equipment manufacturing and engineering company in Ireland.

The role is based in Cookstown and is a permanent position, offering excellent career development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Purchasing all components and consumables.
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering items on time to prevent stockouts, considering supplier lead times.
• Maintaining optimal stock levels within acceptable limits set by the system.
• Purchasing items in line with supplier price lists, discount levels, and quantity breaks.
• Coordinating collection with couriers and monitoring delivery.
• Verifying received quantities and prices against purchase orders and placing them on the system.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Salary: Fully negotiable, with additional benefits and progression opportunities, estimated at €50,000 - €70,000 per annum.
