Senior Veterinary Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced veterinarian to lead our team of veterinary professionals at Animal Trust (UK). As a Senior Veterinary Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of clinical care through coaching and mentoring. You will also play a key role in embedding the Animal Trust Values, fostering a caring and nurturing working environment.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate clinic KPIs and P&L to ensure optimal performance
- Work closely with the Practice Manager and Lead Nurse to achieve day-to-day operations goals
- Embed the Animal Trust Values throughout the clinic
- Clinical expertise with a passion for coaching and mentoring
- Exceptional communication skills for both clients and the veterinary team
- Experience in performing 1-2-1 meetings and conducting performance management
- A competitive salary of approximately £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
- 4-day working week with some weekends
- 6 weeks of holiday per year
