Roadside Mechanic Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Roadside Mechanic to join our team at RAC Motoring Services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to work as a Roadside Mechanic with our leading breakdown service provider.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling diverse breakdowns and technical issues, making technical expertise essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle faults in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • a customer-focused approach
  • a full UK driving licence
