Key responsibilities:

Conducting building surveys and inspections on commercial properties

Preparing detailed reports and providing recommendations for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works

Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of commercial property

Liaising with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and within budget

Assisting with project management and contract administration

Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

Newly APC qualified or working towards APC qualification

Degree in Building Surveying or a related field

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of building regulations and legislation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong project management skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Full UK driving license
