Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Development Lead Nurse. The successful candidate will have experience in quality governance, preferably in a care home setting, and a full driving license with access to their own vehicle. They will be responsible for developing care and clinical services, introducing best practices, and monitoring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement care and clinical services that meet the needs of residents and exceed regulatory standards.
  • To lead and develop colleagues, embedding best practice and ensuring compliance with care and clinical initiatives.
  • To analyze individual home data to identify trends or concerns and respond accordingly.

About You:

  • A fully qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in quality governance, preferably in a care home setting.
  • A determination to deliver exceptional care and a willingness to innovate and improve services.

  • An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
