About the Role

We are CH&CO, a forward-thinking food experience company that prioritizes quality and community. We're seeking a skilled Social Media Executive to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms, crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, leveraging expertise to guide creative planning and content creation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build brand personality online, foster a community of engaged followers, and drive business growth.
  • Manage social media calendars, coordinating across outlets and functions to plan and prioritize post-scheduling, while staying agile to meet changing priorities or jump on trends.
  • Work with third-party collaborators, including clients, suppliers, influencers, and content creators, to develop high-quality content that meets brand standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools and trends, ensuring attention to detail and consistent brand execution across all content and captions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in content creation, preferably in the food industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to evaluate performance and inform future tactics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders across all levels.
  • A socially confident, outgoing, and engaging team player with a passion for food and hospitality.
