At Donard Recruitment, we are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our team in a hybrid working role. As a Functional Assessor, you will provide unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalised, inclusive, safe and empathetic service for the claimant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage caseloads from end to end, including delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, and written reports.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to gather relevant information and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with claimants, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to further your career as a Healthcare Professional and work with a leading, multi-national employer in a hybrid working environment. The salary for this position is £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, plus benefits including a basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500, a 5% retention bonus rising to 10% quality & retention bonus, OTE: £45,650, hybrid full-time and part-time working hours available, training options: 12 weeks' (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), & 17 weeks (3 days per week), 25 days holidays per annum rising to 27 days with service, company laptop and mobile phone provided, access to health and wellbeing programme and Headspace mobile app, annual charity day, employee network groups, company matched pension, life assurance, 15 weeks' paid maternity leave, and cycle-to-work scheme.
