Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting visual inspections of electrical cables and wire harnesses to identify defects or inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of electrical cables and wire harnesses to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Utilize automated test equipment to perform detailed inspections and verify product quality.
  • Use calibration tools to measure cables and ensure they fall within specified parameters.
  • Identify faults and patterns that may arise in production and report them to the relevant teams for corrective action.
  • Read and understand engineers' technical drawings and blueprints to ensure products are built to design specifications.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in quality control is required.
  • Calibration and inspection experience is essential.
  • Soldering skills, preferably IPC60 certified.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary up to £32,000pa DOE. You will work Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm and Fridays 1.30pm finish. You will also receive 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays and free onsite parking.
