As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to teachers, supporting the educational and personal development of students, and contributing to the overall success of our academy.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education, has excellent communication skills, and is able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents. Your professionalism, dedication, and commitment to raising standards will enable our students to achieve more than they believe possible.

This full-time position is term time only, 30 hours per week, with a salary range of £25,850 - £31,948 per annum (pro rata), based on a daily rate of £85 - £100.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our experienced team of Teaching Assistants, Assistant Principal for Inclusion, SENDCo, SEND Manager, Assistant Inclusion Manager, Most Able and Talented Coordinator, and other colleagues to ensure Quality First Teaching and Learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing academic support to students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and behavior
  • Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge
